What does this destination finder tool do?

It filters our worked-in destinations by program type, audience size, season, and budget tier — surfacing the cities and resorts our team has direct, recent site-inspection or program-execution experience with. The tool exists because the broader resort review sites (Cvent Supplier Network, Marriott Bonvoy Group, IHG Business Edge) surface every destination, including ones nobody on our team has worked. This tool only surfaces destinations we can speak to from direct experience.

Is the destination finder free to use?

Yes. The tool is free. It’s a working sourcing utility we built to consolidate destination intelligence for the corporate event planner audience. There’s no sign-up wall, no email-gate, no follow-up sales sequence triggered by use. If you find a destination through the tool and want to discuss the program, that’s a separate conversation.

How do you decide what makes a destination worth considering?

Per the IRF Destination Selection Study and SITE research on incentive-program destination drivers, the factors that consistently predict program success are: nonstop flight access from the attendee origin metros, on-site experience quality (resort food, off-property programming, signature moments), seasonal weather reliability, and the depth of vetted DMC partners in-market. Premium-brand recognition matters less than program-fit alignment.

Can you help us source a destination not in the tool?

Yes. The tool reflects destinations we’ve worked in directly, but our destination intelligence is broader — we have current relationships with DMC partners in 60+ markets globally. If you have a specific destination in mind that’s not surfaced, the conversation starts there. We’ll either confirm we can support it with vetted partners or recommend an alternative destination with comparable program-fit characteristics.
