How the conference agenda builder works
Pick an event type, set your days, headcount and tracks, and the builder lays out a timed agenda using the rules we run on site: keynotes held to 45 minutes plus Q&A, no more than 90 minutes of seated content without a break, real room-change time when tracks run in parallel, sponsor slots before lunch, and a last day that ends before flights do. If a day runs long, it tells you what it cut to make it fit.
What you get
- A timed agenda for every day, with breaks, room changes, meals and evening events placed for you
- Seat counts for each breakout room, sized to how attendance actually splits
- A run of show for the opening keynote, cue by cue
- Quiet, prayer and nursing room hours on the published agenda
- A PDF you can download, share and edit

Conference agenda questions, answered
Is the conference agenda builder free?
Yes. There’s no sign-up and no email required. Build the agenda, download the PDF, and edit it however you like.
How long should breaks be between conference sessions?
Plan 15 minutes when everyone stays in one room, and 15 to 20 minutes when people change rooms between parallel tracks, longer once you pass about 400 attendees. Never run more than 90 minutes of seated content without a break.
How long should a conference keynote be?
45 minutes plus a few minutes of Q&A is the ceiling we hold. Past an hour, the back third of the room checks out, however good the speaker is.
How do I size rooms for breakout tracks?
Parallel sessions never split evenly. The session with the known speaker or the word “roadmap” pulls the crowd, so size rooms to the expected skew (roughly 65/35 for two tracks) and over-set each room by about 15%.
Can I use it for a sales kickoff or an executive summit?
Yes. Pick Sales kickoff for CEO and CRO openings, role-based enablement tracks and an awards dinner, or Executive summit for a tighter day of keynote, panel and peer roundtables.
