Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a quote for a corporate event?

Send us a note through the form on this page with the program type (incentive trip, sales kickoff, conference, summit), audience size, target dates, and any destination or venue preferences. The first call is typically 30 minutes, conversation-style — not a pitch. We’ll tell you in that call whether we’re the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll point you to who is.

How fast do you respond?

We respond to first-touch inbound within one business day. Most inquiries from this form get a same-day response if submitted before 3pm CT. The fastest path to a real conversation is the form on this page — phone calls during business hours work too, but inbound notes get queued and worked through systematically.

Where are you located? Do you work outside of Dallas?

Our HQ is in Dallas, Texas — 9090 Skillman St, Ste 182A-#187. We work nationwide and internationally; most of our programs run outside of Dallas. Recent program destinations include Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, and the major U.S. conference metros (Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, Nashville). Office visits are by appointment.

Do you only work with large companies?

Most of our clients are mid-enterprise (annual revenue $100M–$2B) with established corporate event programs. We’re not the right partner for first-time event programs, very small events under 50 attendees, or social/wedding events. If you’re not sure whether your program fits, the first call is the easiest way to find out — we’ll tell you straight.

What information should I include in the first message?

Program type, approximate audience size, target date or quarter, and one sentence about what’s working or what’s stuck with your current event ops. Optional but useful: budget tier (under $250K / $250K–$1M / $1M+), destination preferences, and source of awareness (referral, search, content). The more specific you can be in the first message, the faster the first call gets to substance.
