We design events your people remember.

The agency built on the belief that personalization is what separates a great event from a forgettable one.

Why we exist

Most agencies plan events the same way they’ve planned them for the last 20 years. Book the hotel. Send the invitations. Run the playbook. Hand every attendee the same itinerary. The result is generic — and your top performers, your top customers, and your team know it.

We started J.Shay because we believed events were capable of more. That a President’s Club shouldn’t feel like an itinerary 200 people happen to be on at the same time. That a sales kickoff shouldn’t be a moment that fades by Friday. That a user conference shouldn’t deliver every attendee the same agenda.

The thing that makes our events different is the same thing that makes our clients’ top performers feel seen: we design personalization in from the start. Same destination, parallel experiences. Same kickoff, role-specific moments. Same conference, but every attendee leaves having taken away something built for them.

That’s what J.Shay builds. And it’s why our clients call us back.

Our Founders

Justine Shay-Sweat

Justine Shay-Sweat

Founder & Chief Event Strategist

After 15+ years designing tier 1 corporate events for sales kickoffs, President’s Clubs, trade shows, and user conferences at companies you’d recognize, Justine started J.Shay to do this work the way she always thought it should be done — with personalization at the center, not as an afterthought. She’s a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a TCU alum.

When she’s not on-site running an event, you’ll find her game night with the family, trying a new Dallas restaurant, or watching the Frogs. Her dream vacation: the Italian countryside, followed by a small yacht charter along the Amalfi Coast and the Greek Isles.

Jeremy Sweat

Jeremy Sweat

Co-Founder, Advisor

Jeremy joined J.Shay in 2019 to build the brand, voice, and outbound side of the business. With a background in B2B tech (UT-Austin alum, Hook ’em) he focuses on the parts of the agency that don’t happen on-site — connecting with clients, telling the story, and making sure J.Shay is built to last.

Outside of work, you’ll find him traveling somewhere new, scuba diving in blue water, or eating his way through Dallas’s Mexican food scene. Favorite trip so far: Seychelles and Mauritius.

Why Customers Trust Us

Three things that separate J.Shay from the agencies that came before us.

Women-owned. Vendor agnostic.

Certified women-owned, which matters for supplier diversity. More importantly: we don’t take hotel commissions, agency markups, or vendor kickbacks. Every dollar your event costs goes into your event.

Built for tier 1 events.

Not the cheapest agency. Built for events that have to land — President’s Clubs, SKOs, user conferences, trade shows. The events where good enough isn’t good enough.

Transparent by default.

You see every line item. Meet every supplier we propose. Approve every spend. We work as an extension of your team, not a black box you hand the event to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is J.Shay Event Solutions?

J.Shay Event Solutions is a corporate event agency based in Dallas, Texas, working with B2B companies across the U.S. and internationally. The agency was founded by Justine Shay-Sweat (Certified Meeting Professional, 15+ years in corporate events) to build the kind of program-design-led agency that didn’t exist when she was on the client side. We specialize in incentive travel, sales kickoffs, customer summits, and corporate conferences.

Who’s on the team?

Justine Shay-Sweat — Founder & Chief Event Strategist, CMP, TCU alumna. Jeremy Sweat — Co-Founder & Advisor, UT-Austin alumnus, B2B tech background; joined the agency in 2019. Our extended team brings on production, AV, DMC, and creative partners on a per-program basis, sized to the program’s needs — we don’t carry overhead the program isn’t using.

What makes you different from other event agencies?

Most agencies sell event execution. We design for program ROI. That distinction shows up in three places: how we scope programs (backwards from the measurable outcome, not forwards from the destination), how we build agendas (around real business decisions, not around the speakers we already have), and how we measure (30/60/90-day post-event lift, not survey scores from the closing reception).

What kinds of clients do you work with?

B2B companies running corporate event programs with established disciplines — sales ops, marketing ops, corporate event teams. Most of our clients are mid-enterprise (annual revenue $100M–$2B) running multi-program calendars. Our work is mostly incentive travel programs (President’s Club, top-performer trips), sales kickoffs (annual SKOs), customer summits, and corporate conferences. We don’t do weddings, social events, or first-time event programs.
